How can I release muscle stiffness?
Movement & stretches with deep breathing will definitely help to improve the circulation and help in releasing the stiffness. Releasing the muscle tension due to mental & emotional stress can be managed well by practicing breathwork and relaxing meditations regularly.
Please suggest some movements
Gentle stretches such as straddle stretch, cat&cow, seated forward fold, chair twist, standing mild backbend, gentle neck movements etc. Will be very helpful if done regularly.
