We all have habbits which we want to control or work on. I have a bad habbit of eating too fast as I am always in hurry which if not controlled leads to digestive issues like bloating. So I try to be mindful and before I start eating, I remind myself to eat slowwww😊😁 What is your that particular habbit which you want to work upon? It can be: *Watching TV while eating *Overthinking *Too much sleeping *Having too much junk food *Caffeine addiction It can be anything! So lets get to know about each other and do let me know how you are or planning to work on them. Its important first to recognize that particular habbit only then you can work on them.
