As I have back to back yoga sessions in the morning it becomes very important for me to reset and restore between the sessions physically and mentally. I take a short 5-10min break where I like to spend my time in balcony sipping on to my warm herbal tea, listening to the birds chirping, soaking in some sun and looking at the trees and sky. I also go for some deep breaths which helps me relax and prepare for the next class.
