Puppy pose is a great chest opener. Along with opening the chest, it stretches the shoulders and arms. Giving a nice stretch to the spine and reducing the symptoms of any chronic stress. Practice this and hold for around thirty secs to one min and feel the difference! You can also try and post the pic (with and without prop).
