Hi Sumangla. Although you may be worried about the fibroid, as rightly mentioned by your gynecologist, do not stress over it. Continue with exercises suggested, stay well hydrated( drink 3-4 litres water), include fresh fruits, vegetables, soaked nuts & seeds. Take a balanced diet & avoid oily/ sweet/ spicy and processed foods( as you might already be controlling). All of this should help.

Hello Komal! During this time it's important to be regular with supplements, water intake (3 Lt) and focus should be on taking balanced meals where there is enough protein and fiber along with carbs and fat in each meal. Make sure to avoid carbonated beverages, outside food( since hygiene is a major concern), alcohol and smoking. Try to take 6-7 hours of sleep and make sure the bowels are smooth and there is no issue of constipation.

Great Sumangla, continue with the habits. Most of the times, the fibroid clears out post delivery

Hi, the inputs given by sonali and sakina are on point, get enough rest, eat light home cooked meals and stay hydrated. Remember stress aggravates a lot of health issues hence indulge in some deep breathing and meditation for positive thoughts.
