Fermented breakfast
Is it good to start your day with fermented breakfast such as dosa, idli, Mangalore buns?

I love Mangalore buns too π Since they are fried & sweet, though, it's best to enjoy them moderately so that we can relish them forever !! ππ Idlis, dosas, uttapam with yummy coconut chutney are some of my favorites also !! ππ If your body is used to & comfortable with the fermented breakfast, you should surely continue with it. However, opt to take a fruit or soaked dry fruit to start the day. Avoid a fermented food empty stomach
