My favourite fermented food is definitely idli, dosa, vadas,pickles, peanut curd ( because I don't want anything hormone injected in my body or animal byproduct going into my precious body) And my recent favourite is KOMBUCHA the best prebiotic for the gut health. You don't need to consume kombucha to improve gut health you can have all the other foods that I mentioned earlier. @Smruthi settlur Prebiotics are specialized plant fibers. They act like fertilizers that stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria in the gut.
