Currently working to create better mobility in thoracic spine to go deeper in the pose.Being very mindful of not hurting my lower back in progress. Oh what a feeling to pratice this heart opener. It challenges me in so many ways. I actually feel my front body stretching and lengthening which obviously makes the pose super hard but at same time knowing the benefits I receive from the practice makes it all worthwhile.
