Working on the understanding the alignment of triangle pose with the support of wall with @Rohini Kapoor post the session. Most of the time we tend to lean forward instead of a proper lateral bend. When practiced with the wall support one gets an idea of a lateral bend and which muscles gets engaged and streched. Ideally the chest and hips should be in the same plane in this pose. One should focus on the correct alignment for the maximum impact of the posture instead of rushing into the final pose.
