The first step to overcoming procrastination is to recognize that you're doing it. Then, identify the reasons behind your behavior and use appropriate strategies to manage and overcome it. 1)Keep a To-Do List this will prevent you from "conveniently" forgetting about those unpleasant or overwhelming tasks.๐งพ 2)Prioritize your To-Do List using the principal' segregate your activities into 4 categories- Urgent and Important, Urgent not Important, Not Urgent but Important and Not Urgent Not Important.This will enable you to quickly identify the activities that you should focus on, as well as the ones you can ignore.๐๐ 3)Set a schedule and plan your time accordingly this will reduce the last minute stress.๐คฆ 4)Identify when you're most effective, and do the tasks that you find most difficult at these times.๐ง 5)Set yourself time-bound goals: will keep you on track to achieve your goals, and will mean that you have no time for procrastination. โฑ๏ธ 6)Use task- and time-management apps. โณ
