With exams around the corner, the stress levels begin to rise....whether for the child or for the parents...I'm not sure !! 😅😅 This post is for my colleague Sakina, who highlighted that as I'm in a rocking boat, stressing, so would be many other parents too. So, how do I tackle the situation ? Well, ensuring that my child receivesthe right balance of nutrients at this time helps keep him calm & builds his concentration too .... here are a few tips which can help at this time 1. Ensure proper hydration - water, nimbu paani, coconut water, buttermilk ( with sattu) 2. Include 2-3 fresh & seasonal fruits in the diet 3. Give small frequent meals rather than large meals which can make your child feel drowsy 4. Keep roasted peanuts, chana, makhanas on the study table for healthy in between munching 5. Soaked almonds & raisins add fiber & protein to the diet 6. Avoid added sugar, oily, fried & processed foods as these can slow down body metabolism & dip down concentration too
