Do you have a habit of snoozing your morning Alarm? 🤐 Or do you set multiple alarms to wake up on time but still are unable to?🤫 Then this post is for you~~😶🌫️ When you wake up to snooze your alarm & fall back on the bed to rest your eyes for a few more moments before waking up, you're entering another sleep cycle !Which usually lasts for 90-110 minutes. 🛌 This is called SLEEP INERTIA😴 If you're a deep sleeper at that you might have more than one sleep cycle here. 💤💤 📝Now how to fix this? Haphazardly waking up after snoozing off the alarm 🤔 NO❌ Because then you'll be waking up amidst a sleep cycle, which can keep making you feel rather sleepy or groggy for the next 4 hours or more. 💡What to do then❓ 📍Answer is simple sleep early & wake up on time. 📍Practice mindfulness before bed & maintain a good sleep hygiene. 📍Refrain from snoozing your alarm & wake up once it rings.
