Savasana is all about relaxing mind and body. Everyone has his/her own variations to relax in Savasana. It can be lying on one side on lying with knees bent. It can also be using pillows or bolsters giving support to your back or knees or head. I feel relaxed lying on my back, taking support of bolster or pillow under my upper back. This helps me to open up my chest along with that supports my neck.
