Prone positions

Variation of Locust Pose which promotes healthy nerve stretching and enhances blood circulation, encouraging the flow of freshly oxygenated blood. Great practice to help with back discomfort as well @Yogesh Dharmadhikari Alignment - lie flat on your stomach, palms beside your chest on the mat, elbow pointing back, roll your shoulders back, rest your forehead or your chin on the mat, feet at one foot gap pointing to the back wall.
