Benefits - supports a healthy spine, relieves back pain, counteract the effects of the sedentary life style. Alignment - Stand straight, feet at one foot gap, chin tucked to the chest. Inhale, the hands up over the head, lean back, pushing the hip gently forward, arms beside your ears, opening the chest, keeping the chin tucked to the chest, hold for 2-3 breaths and exhale forward fold - hands to the shin bone, spine straight, look front. @Yogesh Dharmadhikari as discussed please practice this 2-3 times a day with 5-8 repetitions each time. Make sure you are not doing this right after your meal. Practice this and share the pic of your body alignment in this pose.
