Are you back on track post Holi?

I hope you had a great Holi ✨ In our health journey, most of us go wrong when it comes to falling back into the routine after a festival or an occasion. We often keep eating the leftovers such as sweets or foods that are fried or rich creamy gravies etc for days and days that follow the occasion. What’s important is to enjoy the festival for its due time and immediately getting back to eating as per your goals or as suggested by your nutritionist!
