Mindful breathing : Focus on your breath, count your breaths, and be aware of your breath going in and out. Body scan- Focus your attention on different parts of your body and notice the sensations as you move through each one. Positive affirmations-Take time to repeat positive affirmations to yourself, such as “I am capable of achieving my goals” or “I am strong and capable.” Mindful walking -Find a relaxing place to walk . as you're slowly walking pay attention to what your body is doing . Focus on the different parts of your bdy as you are moving . What your arms are doing ? How do your feet feel when they touch the ground? Visualization-close your eyes and think of a place that you find to be relaxing . Imagine that you are really there and pay attention to what is happening. For example if you are at beach , hw does the breeze feel on your skin? what sounds you hear ? how does the sand feel on your feet ?
