Asmita Recently My Milk Flow Has Reduced A Lot Are There Any Food Items That Can Increase The Flow❓

Galactogauges are foods that boost up the milk flow by increasing the Prolactin hormone, which directly stimulates breast milk production. Mostly these foods are rich in phyto-estrogen & active nutrients that increase prolactin production. Some veg galactogauges: 🟢Seeds - cumin, fennel, fenugreek, sesame, flax, pumpkin, chia, sunflower seeds etc. 🟢Herbs & spices - moringa, shatavri, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, lavender, chamomile etc. 🟢Nuts & dry fruits- almond,walnut, cashew, pistachio, dates, figs, apricots, makhana etc. 🟢Other foods- oats, spinach & other green vegetables, sabudana, papaya, beet, sweet potato, carrot, pomegranate, watermelon, grapefruit, banana, rice, quinoa, milk, yogurt, tofu, ghee etc. 🥩Nonveg options: Fish like salmon, chicken/beef soup, bone broth, dry fish etc. 🚨Caution: keep a check on the portions! In addition to all of these points highlighted by Asmita, too much caffeine intake can also reduce milk supply. So, keep a check on your cups of tea/ coffee/ green tea too!
