Part- 2 Another habit is to NOT grab your phone first thing in the morning. Instead, allow yourself some time going into your day without the external noise of social media or TV. Take the time to enjoy your breakfast, listen to the world around you and get ready for another beautiful day! Raise your awareness of how much time you lose scrolling and what you actually achieve from it. Set aside some time in your day where you can catch up with it all, avoiding screen time first thing in the morning and last thing at night. This has not only improved my sleep but also the entire concept of how I look forward to the day and practice gratitude on a regular basis.
