Few postures to improve your gut health: * Ardha Matsyendrasana (half lord of fish pose) This pose stimulates and massages pancreas, liver, spleen, kidneys and stomach. This pose is great gor constipation and diabetes. *Malasana (Garland Pose) This posture has immediate impact on digestive system by promoting better circulation of blood towards digestive tract. *Vakrasana ( Seated Spinal Twist) This posture helps boost mobility and improve your gut health while detoxifying your body and at the same time help to burn your belly fat. *PawanMuktasana (Wind Relieving Pose) In this posture, the abdominal muscles are tensed and internal organs are compressed which increases the blood circulation and stimulates the nerves, increasing efficiency of internal organs. * Trikonasana (Triangle pose) This posture improves digestion, stimulates appetite and relieves constipation.
