The answer is simple. Stop the late night run & replace it with a low/moderate impact activity or finish the run a few hours before bed time. 📍 High intensity workouts like - running, weight , HIIT workouts, swimming laps, jumping rope, competitive cycling etc. can fasten your heart rate & increase your body's core temperature. They also stimulate your nervous system & make your brain become active. 🤸♀️ Hence falling asleep exactly after these kinds of activities are difficult & the quality is also affected. 🥱 However engaging in low to moderate impact activities like - stretching, slow walking, yin yoga, leisurely or cycling etc. 60-90 minutes before bed does not affect your sleep cycle & quality. 😇 Rather they can help you fall asleep faster & improve the hours you spend in deep sleep. 😴 Now you know What workouts to choose from, if your preferred workouts hours are in the evening ‼️
