Train for the BIGGER picture. The real reason to why to move your body.

Don't train to lose weight Don't train for a six pack But Train to pick up your groceries comfortably. Train to walk up the stairs by yourself. Train for good posture. Train to prevent injuries. Train to prevent your anxiety. Train to sit up and stand without anyone help when you're older. Train for a bigger picture,the real goal and if you do Aesthetics will follow.

Thanks Bindu.....currently I use deep breathing to manage anxiety .....but it is effective only for mild anxieties.....any yoga asan we can follow during high anxiety which gives instant relief and also controls BP shooting up....

@Dilraj you can include in your daily practice like supported child's pose, half forward fold, bhramari pranayama. Whenever you are in anxiety try to close your eyes and inhale through the nose & exhale through your mouth. I would suggest you to learn these postures & pranayama from expertise before you try out by yourself :)
