When life turns you upside down- Strike a pose!

An inversion for all- Strengthens the upper body: This pose strengthens the arms, shoulders, and chest as you need to support your weight on your hands and maintain the pose. Stretches the hamstrings: The lifted leg stretches the hamstring muscles of the grounded leg, promoting flexibility and mobility in the lower body. Improves balance and stability: Three-legged downward dog challenges your balance and requires focus and concentration to maintain the pose, which improves overall balance and stability. Stimulates circulation: Inverted poses like three-legged downward dog encourage blood flow to the head and neck, promoting circulation and reducing inflammation.
