We Should Soak Nuts Before Consumption. But Should We Also Soak Dry Fruits & Seeds As Well❓

YES, you should. 💡Soaking nuts like- almonds, cashews, walnuts etc. helps in : (。◕‿◕。)➜Removing phytic acid & sulphite present in them which causes indigestion. (。◕‿◕。)➜Also makes nutrients (protein, calcium, iron, zinc etc.) present in them more easily digestible & absorb better. (。◕‿◕。)➜Makes it easier to remove the peels & improves their texture & flavour making them more soft & creamy. 📝You get the similar benefits from soaking your seeds as well( in addition to these soaking also activates their sprouting process) 💡Soaking your dry fruits like- dates, figs, raisins etc. helps in : (*❛‿❛)→Removing the sulfite present on their surface. (*❛‿❛)→Making them easily digestible & making the essential nutrients present in them e.g - iron more easily absorbable. (*❛‿❛)→Breaking down the natural sugar present in them, making them less sweet & more healthier. 😰Also refrain from drinking the water you soaked your almonds in.
