Not really loving those handles!

Love handles are the informal term for the fat that accumulates on the sides of the waist and lower back. They are also known as muffin tops or spare tires. The accumulation of fat in the love handle area is often the result of a combination of factors, including genetics, diet, and exercise habits. When you consume more calories than you burn, the excess calories are stored as fat, and the love handle area is a common place for the body to store excess fat. Boat Pose (Navasana): This pose strengthens your abs and hip flexors. Side Plank Pose (Vasisthasana): This pose targets your oblique muscles. Plank Pose (Phalakasana): This pose strengthens your core and helps improve your posture. Warrior III Pose (Virabhadrasana III): This pose strengthens your abs, lower back, and hips.
