Muffin Top becomes apparent after significant body fat gain. To reduce body fat - first and foremost promote a calorie deficit through diet, exercise and activity levels. Four easy ways to do this: Clean up your diet - having more fiber filled vegetables, fruit, lean protein, and healthy fats. Get Enough Sleep Do HIIT Exercises Strengthen core the right way - do more targeted exercises to get rid of the muffin top fat. Work on strengthening your Transverse Abdominus (TVA) which sits deep and low in your belly. My favourite form of HIIT and TVA strengthening exercise is Lateral Jump.
