The journey from ILLNESS TO WELLNESS! No shortcuts and no fad diets or workout regime. Fatloss is a result of good lifestyle which includes movement, stress management techniques, hydration levels, good nutrition and a deep rest for the body and mind. I worked very hard and I was very hard on self in my journey but with "0" results. That is when I decided to alter my attitude. Consistency or Motivation? - I kept on choosing external motivation to become fit- either some family function or an outing or marriage! It worked to some extent but failed to sustain. Then I started working on consistency- choosing health and peace consistently irrespective of the desired results which still is a struggle most of the times but it's amazing to see how consistency reflects on your overall physical and mental well-being in the long run where you no longer depend on external motivation ❤️If you have tried motivation then it's time for you to choose consistency in whatever you are working on ✌️
