Muffin-top aka love handles šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

Most of you have the concern of how to lose fat from the sides of your waist line. The answer is, dynamic practice. Practice twisting poses, lateral bends and core strengthening poses in a dynamic manner will definitely help.
