🍞 Quick breakie between classes 🍞

Peanut butter jelly sandwich is my all time go. As I need to increase my protein intake adding a caramelized banana toast @Pravin Menghani thank you for sharing the recipe. @Smruthi settlur: you can even try out Banana coffee post workout if you like Coffee. It’s simple with lots of proteins and nutritions. Walnuts, milk, banana, almond butter, coffee, (optional to add soaked/dry chia seeds), blend and drink it. I enjoy it post workout in the morning.
