What are Glutes? 👉The glute muscles are located in your buttocks, with the gluteus maximus giving shape to this area of the body. Why do we need strong Glutes: ✅Strong gluteals are important for proper pelvic alignment, propulsion during walking and running and even standing on one leg. Gluteals also help support the lower back 🤔What happens if you dont train glutes? If they are weak and underworked, other muscles and ligaments may overwork. This can lead to low back pain, joint pain, hip pain, pelvic floor pain. So here is a workout routine to strengthen and shape your Glutes. You can try this routine and let me know how you felt😊👍
