It's OK To Say NO🗣️

Most of you will relate to this, that in many traditional Indian household children are taught to always say YES. Either to show respect, make someone happy, not make someone angry, or in fear of getting scolded & many more... We are taught to think of others before ourselves. Most of us continue to do the same in our adult years as well. We are constantly fearing What the others might feel. So we end up agreeing to their every request. We need to realize that, 📍Adults get upset. And if they're, they will tell you verbally. Others feelings are not your matter of concern. 📍If you're upset, you're allowed to express that & disagree in need. 🍀It's ok to say NO If : You don't want to do it You don't have the time You feel forced to say YES It doesn't make you happy "You can be a good person with a kind heart and still say NO"~ After years of struggling with this I'm putting this out for you all, so that we can stop this from happening to our future generation💕
