Anger management through breath!

@Shambhavi try box breathing whenever you experience the emotion of anger. However, regular breathwork will help you to manage the anger issues in day to day life but box breathing is effective incase of the situation where you want to control your anger or irritation instantly as it will immediately cut off the neural pathways directing your mind to calm down and will help in activating parasympathetic system.
