1. Talk to your Doctor and get approval. 2. Set realistic goals - 30 minutes of moderate physical activity on at least 5 days 3. Pace yourself - don’t push yourself too hard 4. Stay cool and hydrated 5. Avoid certain postures - Avoid Lyon on your Belly or on your back, avoid deep forward or backward bends, twisting postures that put pressure on the abdomen. Modify twisting poses by just moving your upper back, shoulder, rib cage 6. Don’t over do it - pay attention to your body and how you feel. Don’t practice beyond your level of comfort.
