Back bending is one of the most therapeutic parts of the yoga practice. We spend most of our days in forward bending, it can be driving, picking something, sitting in front of the computer, etc. I'd we don't practice backbends then our posture becomes bad, shoulder slouches down, the neck comes forward which triggers other problems like back pain, slipped disc, sciatica, and bad breathing habits. So just build a habit of adding invigorating and strengthening back bends in your daily Yoga Practice
