Can you figure out from the picture attached, that I've been having a rough couple of days (mentally)? I've been struggling with anxiety & depression for 1.5 decades, which is unfortunately more than half of my life. Before you speculate something here, yes I've taken professional help & I consciously practice mindfulness as well. But as we all know, some things can't just be completely cured. We evolve through the struggles & learn to find our own remedies. But of course getting professional help & support from close ones is also equally important. Which fortunately I have. Now amidst the good days, inevitably we face bad ones as well. I do too.....& that's absolutely normal. Having expertise in something doesn't mean we have become more than humans ourselves. But one positive outcome of our sufferings, is that we understand & relate to the same in our clients. Hence please be kind to yourself & others, you might not know what the person in front you is going through๐
