Today I had cravings to eat junk but then I also gave in a try to add some healthy alternatives. Added a lot of veggies. Healthy eating and portion control is actually making a lot sense bro ! Have you tried pairing Healthy eats with junks? Isn't it a little satisfying to know "I'm actually trying". 😂
