How much caffeine in a cup of coffee/ tea?

Read that daily consumption of upto 400mg of caffeine is considered safe/ healthy limit. Came across this chart! Going to regulate my coffee intake 🤥

Really helpful information ! Consumption of upto 400mg caffeine is permitted & no doubt considered as a safe upper limit ( unless there is an underlying medical condition) ; however; it is suggested to stay way within this range. The reason is, that in excess, caffeine has several harmful impacts on various organs & functionings of the body. It is a diuretic & can cause dehydration too, so, as you step up caffeine, ensure to step up your water intake too ! Regulating caffeine intake is a very healthy habit to inculcate 👏👏👍
