Liked we discussed in the class today, we shall commit to drinking infused water today, I want to see all of you post the pic of drinking water, fruit juice or vegetable juice, soups. Anything liquid !! I'm sharing few benefits of drinking infused water here, * Infused water reduces sugar intake, which as a result helps in reducing the weight * Because of antioxidants, your body releases toxins out of the body. *Increases your energy, feel less lethargic. * Makes you drink water more because of the natural flavours, increases hydration. Some combinations of infused water!!
