🧘♀️ HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU DO YOGA? 🧘♀️ 🤸♀️ Yoga can be done as often as you’d like and as often as your body will allow. 🤸♀️ Those new to yoga should start slow with two or three sessions a week and slowly ramp up their practice as they are able to handle it. 🤸♀️ More experienced yogis might practice every day. 🤸♀️ The best way to get started is to simply start!
