They also contain antioxidants that can help protect your cells from damage. Ways to consume: Add fresh mint leaves to your iced tea or lemonade for a refreshing and healthy drink. You can also chop up some mint leaves and sprinkle them over your summer fruit salad for a burst of flavor. Nutrient facts: Mint leaves have natural cooling properties that can help soothe upset stomachs and reduce inflammation. Ways to consume: Blend fresh mint leaves wit yogurt and honey to make a cooling and soothing mint lassi. You can also freeze mint leaves into ice cubes and add them to your water! Sharing the recipe right here... Wheat flour - 1 cup Finely chopped mint leaves - 1 cup Finely chopped green chilli - 2 Finely chopped fresh coriander- 1/4 cup Curd - 2 Tbsps White sesame seeds- 1 tsp Salt, to taste Jeera seeds- 1 tsp Dhaniya powder- 1 tsp Water, as required Mix all ingredients & knead into a soft dough. Enjoy with mix veg raita πŸ™‚πŸ™‚
