This beautiful pose helps you to open up chest helping in a better inflow of oxygen towards body and hence to to baby😊 This also helps to give you relief from tightness and cramps on the sides of the body. You can practice this gentle lateral bend and hold for 3-5 breaths. You can also use cushion under knees or hips if needed.
