@Ishani Nagia Try practicing this for 10-15 min once or twice a day with empty stomach or preferably 2 hours post the meal. Muscular Cramps can also be a sign of dehydration or electrolyte imbalance or deficiency. So make sure you are hydrated enough as the summers have now started.
