6 ways to take care of your gut health during Ramadaan 🀩😍

Tip 1- Never skip Seheri !! Tip 2 - Make sure to have adequate fiber !! Have 2 whole fruit in the morning or evening, break your fast with dates, add 1 katori whole pulses as chaat in the evening and 1 bowl salad with your lip smacking iftaars. Tip 3- Keep yourself well hydrated !! Try finishing 1 lt water in Seheri and 2 lt after iftaar, avoid drinking too much water right after breaking fast, sip on it slowly, have fluids in form basil seeds water or coconut water etc. Tip 4 - Don't make this month just about food !! This month is about a lot of things other than food. So don't go crazy, remember the key to good health is balance! Tip 5- Take your probiotics !! Make sure to take 1 katori of curd daily either in form or raita, lassi or chaas post iftaar. Tip 6- Keep moving !! Take 10 min walk post Seheri and 25-30 min walk post iftaar.
