~Don't let your office work hamper your stretches. ~After every one hour, go ahead with these gentle stretches. ~Holding every stretch for around 3-4 breaths, going for 3-4 repitions of each stretch. ~These will help you to give you relief from any kind of stiffness and the same time improving the blood circulation and mobility in these areas.
