Today's challenge - strengthen the core easily

1. Soak yourself in sun 10-15mins while you're walking. 2. Warrior 3 pose we did we the wall support and once without the wall support and I must say, you progressed with ease here, look at you all balancing and focusing!! You can do anything - just need to set the intention and try with confidence. 3. Listen to sleep guided meditation on the app for deep relaxation, this is very important for all of you to release stress when not getting 8hrs of sleep.
