COCONUT PEPPER CRAB CURRY 🦀~ Ingredients - Small crabs 500g 1 big potato boiled 1 big red onion 10 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp ginger paste 2 medium tomatoes 1 tsp green chilli paste Dry spices tastewise (turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder) 1.5 cup light coconut milk 1.5 tsp black pepper powder Water if needed 3 Tbsp mustard oil Salt tastewise After cleaning the crabs well marinate them with salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder for 10-20 min. Fry the marinated crabs in low flame for 15-20 min until they turn crispy. In the same kadhai add onion,garlic & ginger and fry for 2 min. Now add the tomatoes & salt. Let it cook for 5 min, after that add the rest of the dry spices and cook for 5 min. Now add some sugar & chilli paste and after cooking for a minute add in the coconut milk. Once there's a boil add in the fried crabs & boiled potatoes, continue cooking for 10 more mins. At the end sprinkle the black pepper powder. Serve hot with rice 🔥
