Hello my beautiful Mumma❤️, I know you are going through a lot both emotionally and physically but please don't let this drive you crazy! With so many changes try to stick to basic routine and focus on taking care of simple but effective practices. For example don't wait for the night to sleep, sleep whenever your baby does so that you can take enough rest. Similarly, don't worry about that one pastry or Paratha but make sure to take adequate water, fruits and veggies. Go slow and try to get regular with just basic things.
