Fear of gaining weight again
How do i get over the fear of gaining weight again?
Once you are losing weight in a sustainable manner & not crash dieting you're giving your body a chance to build muscles & lose fat. Small sustainable lifestyle & dietary changes that are easy to follow can be maintained for a lifetime. So try focusing on the small achievements. Also a bit of down or high in weight happens once in a while, dependant on many dietary & related factors. So as long as you're not gaining a ton of weight in a very small window there's nothing to worry Aman.
build a healthy relationship with your body and food and know that weighing scale is not the only indicator of good health.
