Prenatal T2 (Low Lunge pose)

The Low Lunge pose has various benefits for the Trimester 2 ๐Ÿ’œIt supports strengthening of the pelvis and opening of the hip joint as a preparation of uterus expansion to make space for the baby. ๐Ÿ’œIt strengthens the quads and knees. ๐Ÿ’œ It improves blood circulation towards legs working towards giving relief in Restless Leg Syndrome which creates uneasiness in the lower body. Here we have the low lunge pose awesomely done by @Deepshikha @Ruma @dr savin yadav @Parul Tyagi @Shejal @Shweta Nigam And lucky to see their consistency and dedication in the practice๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š
