This brings me a sense of nostalgia and comfort. Ghoogri ,a northern India dish, is what my nani used to cook all the time since it was everyone's favourite. A right blend protein and carbs made with greenpeas and potato. In this day & age, where most of our breakfast comes from a packet to the plate, it's essential to keep yourself close to the roots.
